Using the information gathered from our complimentary video call, the design questionnaire, and our in-home consultation, I’ll get to work creating your custom design to present to you.

DESIGN COORDINATION

After design approval, I’ll take on the role of Project Manager — placing orders, scheduling trades, and coordinating with the receiver and photographer to prepare all items for your Reveal Day.

On Transformational Reveal Day, I’ll have all hands on deck as we transform your space, making sure everything is in its place, perfectly styled, and ready to reveal to you upon your return from vacation.

  • A: That’s perfectly fine! Most of my clients have not worked with an interior designer before. During our initial call, we’ll go over my approach and procedures so you’ll know what to expect, and we can discuss your questions or concerns at any time throughout the process.

  • A: Most clients spend an average of $15k in furnishings + decor per room aside from design fees, contractor fees, and shipping/receiving costs. As your designer, I will not prioritize the most expensive or the cheapest items, but will instead maximize your investment by sourcing the items that will work best for the design.

  • A: The best designs balance brand new and treasured pieces. If you have pieces you’d like to keep, we may include them as long as they are not broken, damaged, or no longer in alignment with your style.

  • First, we’ll discuss your project in more detail during our complimentary Zoom call. If we decide we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll move forward with an invoice, contract, and a time to have our first in-person meeting.

  • A: Most projects take an average of 3-4 months to complete from beginning to end. Outside factors can affect this timeline including how quickly clients make decisions, paying all invoices in a timely manner, and the schedules of contractors involved with the project.

  • A: Reveal Days are the most rewarding part of the process and is the most work. While you’re away, myself, the contractors, and receivers will be assembling, delivering, installing, and styling your items.

  • A: Absolutely! I’m happy to provide Full-Service Interior Design to clients no matter where you are in the world. Please note travel fees apply. Clients can also inquire about e-Design / Virtual Design.

  • Yes! I have years of experience making decorative selections for kitchens and bathrooms, and I’m happy to introduce you to contractors I’ve worked with or partner with your selected installers on the project.
